Each week at Mountaintop, hundreds of people just like you use their spiritual gifts to serve others. Whether it’s helping kids learn about Jesus, greeting first-time guests, or operating a camera, every person who serves on the mountain is impacting lives and advancing the Kingdom of God.
The first step towards knowing YOUR best place to serve is by attending our Connect classes. These classes are specifically designed to help you understand and live out your unique purpose at church and in your everyday life. If you already know your spiritual gifts, you may be ready to jump in and begin serving.
Serving On the Mountain
Off the Mountain
God is not only for us. He is for Birmingham. We have the awesome privilege of sharing this extraordinary news with our neighbors. We accomplish that in partnership with local ministries and in the ordinary places of our lives. God is not only for Birmingham. He is for the world He created and loves. That is why we partner with ministries in Birmingham and around the world. We have a special heart for kids and families, and our heart is reflected in our partnerships. Together we are sharing the good news with Birmingham and the world that life really is better with Jesus. God is for Birmingham, and we are #FORBHM every day!
Local and International Partnerships
As a church, we’ve selected local and international partners to support with our "time, talent and treasure." Each time you give a financial gift to Mountaintop, a portion of that gift goes to support our partner ministries. Click the link below to learn more about these ministries. You can also contact a Mountaintop representative to learn how for you, your family, or your small group can serve with Mountaintop.
For far too long, the church has been known for what it's against. We want to be known for what we're for. Imagine if everyone knew God wasn’t against them, God is actually FOR them because He loves them.
Imagine if the way they discover God is FOR them is by knowing that we are FOR them. Visit our FOR Birmingham page to find out more about #FORBHM.
