We are FOR BHM, so we’re investing in leaders, so they can invest in leaders. Why? Because a good leader can inspire vision, instill confidence, and influence action. David Hoyt is Principal Consultant at The Table Group, a Patrick Lencioni Company, and President & Founder, The Principle Group.

He is one of only a handful of carefully selected and trained Principal Consultants with Patrick Lencioni’s firm, The Table Group. He provides customized consulting and training sessions for executive teams around teamwork, leadership, and overall organizational health utilizing the models found in all of Lencioni’s books including: the New York Times best selling books The Advantage, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and Death by Meeting.

David brings over 20 years of experience in leading people and organizations.
