This new group is for men of all ages. We’ll gather on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday mornings at 6:00 AM at Elite Nutrition in Vestavia as we encourage one another and grow together. Our focus will be on health and wellness through a biblical lens, exploring what Scripture says about caring for our bodies and living with wisdom and purpose.
