BAPTISM

WHAT IS BAPTISM?

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change in your life. It doesn’t save you, but is a way of declaring to the world you’ve made a life-changing decision to follow Jesus. It’s one of the first steps you’ll take on your lifelong journey of following Him.

WHY SHOULD I GET BAPTIZED?

Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, so we follow His example. It’s surrendering to God and embracing who He now says you are. Baptism represents laying down your old life, so you can rise up in your new life with Christ.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT BAPTISM?

Questions are good! Jesus welcomed questions and so do we. It shows you’re curious and curiosity is how you get to know Jesus, and understand how to follow Him, even better.  You can attend a baptism class to learn more about baptism and have the opportunity to ask your questions in person. If you’re unable to attend, you can connect with us by clicking the button below and a staff member will get back with you.
