MEET THE SPEAKER
Forrest Walden, CEO & Founder of Iron Tribe Fitness
Forrest is not just a successful CEO, he also likes to be known by the following achievements too: Podcast Host, Father, Husband, Christian, and Leader.
His fitness story began in college, as the smallest guy on the cheerleading squad at Auburn University. And that eventually led him to opening his first Iron Tribe gym in 2010.
Forrest is an inspiring speaker and focuses on the key areas of maintaining optimal physical health (BODY), how to draw closer to Jesus Christ (BEING), nurturing strong relationships with the most important people in your life (BALANCE), as well as growing and leading a successful BUSINESS.
He says, “God has endowed us all with unique abilities and talents. I’ve learned that life isn’t about what you have but what you’ve done with what you’ve been given. Using my talents I work each day to lead my own life and guide the life of others across four pillars: Body, Being, Balance, and Business.”
He and his wife have four children.
