What is Momentum?

A three day conference to help middle school students own their faith. We believe Momentum will be a transformative experience for our middle school students, setting the stage for their spiritual growth, and engagement in our ministry. Momentum is for current 5th – 7th Grade students.


Why Momentum?

Momentum offers a unique opportunity for students to preview what Mountaintop Middle School ministry will be like. It’s a weekend designed for middle schoolers to bond, explore their faith, and understand what it means to own their faith journey during these crucial years. Our goal is to build momentum for the upcoming launch of our middle school ministry and to ignite students’ passion for following Jesus.


What’s Happening at Momentum?

• Thursday Evening: Join us for an evening filled with fun games, dinner, live worship, tailored teaching, and engaging small group discussion.
• Friday Evening: Games, dinner, live worship, teaching sessions, and small groups. games, dinner, live worship, teaching sessions, and small groups.
• Friday Night: We’re off to the UAB Rec Center for a lock-in! Students will enjoy swimming, various games, and fun throughout the night at the rec center.
• Saturday Morning: Parents pick up their students.
